- Markets outlook at this juncture

·        I remain an incorrect bear: the Economic Time® is just so bad that unemployment levels will remain high

·        Volatility is set to increase; a crash is on its way now

- Investment strategies to work through current volatility

o       Cash is king, as is capital preservation. Fear should overtake greed as a mind set

o       With volatility rising, the dollar should strengthen even more, along with the yen

- Where are the opportunities at this juncture? Which regions / sectors are

outperforming?

o       The big opportunity has to be to catch the bounce in dollars and in gold

o       By sector, I would be long only of safe sectors, e.g. consumer staples and the like

- Anything else you wish to raise?

o       That the IMF “suddenly” has come out proclaiming that banks might be in trouble is yesterday’s news. Under-capitalized banks get in trouble whenever the Economic Time® is bad.
