Airlines stocks are on the run:

• Since 27th April, Southwest Airlines (LUV:US) has risen by 4.6%
• since 28th April, Cathay Pacific (293:HK) has risen by by 5.6%, and 
• British Airways (BAY:LN)  has lurched by 3.8.

Given today's strong gains in Asian markets, you probably want to ride the up-wave for a couple of days. But then unload by early next week. You know our mis-trust of this "green shoots" school of thought, regardless of what Dr. Bernanke told the world yesterday. Keep your eye on those "banks": the story is not pretty, now that the government is running out of stimulus ammunition....
